1. Acceptance

By downloading, purchasing or using Music Tool, you accept these terms and Apple's Standard License Agreement. If you disagree, do not use the app.

Apple Standard License Agreement

2. License to use

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable license to use Music Tool on Apple devices you control, under App Store rules and these terms.

Music Tool, its design, code, educational content, branding and materials belong to their respective owners and are protected by applicable law.

3. Conduct and prohibited uses

You may not attempt to bypass the paywall or purchase mechanisms, interfere with the app, distribute unauthorized copies, use it unlawfully or infringe third-party rights.

4. In-app purchases

Music Tool offers a weekly subscription, an annual subscription and a non-consumable Lifetime purchase. All three products unlock the same Pro access.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm a purchase. Final prices may vary by country, currency and tax; Apple displays the applicable amount before confirmation.

5. Subscriptions and cancellation

Weekly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Apple's subscription settings. The initial version has no free trial.

After cancellation, access continues until the paid period ends. You can restore purchases in Music Tool. Apple handles charges, cancellations and refund requests under its policies.

6. Lifetime access

Lifetime is a non-consumable one-time purchase and does not renew. It refers to the commercial life and availability of Music Tool or the relevant service, not the purchaser's lifetime.

The purchase does not guarantee that the app, all its services or all its features will remain available indefinitely.

7. Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, suspend or remove features to maintain product quality, security, compatibility or viability. Future prices may change; Apple will display any applicable price before a new purchase.

8. Results and liability

Music Tool is a creative and educational tool. It does not guarantee specific artistic, academic or commercial results.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Music Tool is provided as available and liability is limited in accordance with rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Termination and changes

We may limit access if these terms are breached or to protect the app and its users. We may update these terms; the current version will be published at this URL with its date.
