Getting started

Choose your playing hand and appearance in Settings. Start with the learning path, open a chord diagram and practise slowly. The current interface is primarily in Spanish.

Microphone permissions

Tuning and listening practice need microphone permission. If you denied it, open iPhone or iPad Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone and enable Guitar Mastery Pro. The web demonstration does not request this permission.

Tuning and chord recognition

Use a quiet space. Play one string at a time for tuning and let it ring. Check your selected tuning and A4 reference. For chord practice, strum clearly and keep the device near the instrument. Background sound, strings and microphone position can affect feedback; recognition is not infallible.

Restoring purchases

When purchasing is available, use Restore purchases in the Pro purchase screen with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Check your connection. If access does not return, contact support with the product and error message, without sending payment credentials. Production purchase configuration is still being prepared.

Managing subscriptions

Apple manages subscriptions. Open device Settings → your name → Subscriptions to view or cancel an active subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Lifetime access is a one-time purchase, not an auto-renewing subscription.

Optional reminders

In the app, open Settings → Recordatorios. Enable or disable Recordatorio diario, set Hora and choose Idioma del coach. You can also control permission in device Settings → Notifications. If scheduling fails, try enabling the reminder again.

Progress and iCloud

Progress is stored locally. Turn on iCloud synchronization in the app settings only if you want to share progress and preferences across your Apple devices. Check that you use the same Apple Account. Turning sync off is not a request to erase an existing cloud copy. Avoid deleting the app when troubleshooting unsynchronized progress.

Reporting an issue

Include the device model, iOS version, app version, steps that reproduce the issue and the exact error. A screenshot can help; remove personal information. Never include passwords, card details or microphone recordings.
