Privacy Policy

Controller and scope

My Prompt is a Davalos Studio app for iPhone and iPad. This policy describes data handling in version 1.0 of the app and its Share Extension.

User-created data

Prompts, folders, tags and media files you choose to add are stored locally on your device. My Prompt requires no account and Davalos Studio does not operate a backend that stores that library.

Photos, videos and Share Extension

The app accesses only items you select through PhotosPicker or send from the iOS share sheet. That content becomes part of your local library.

Network connections

When you save or view a link, the app may request thumbnails, metadata, previews or the page from the original site using URLSession or WebKit. Those sites apply their own policies and may receive the usual technical information from a web request.

Advertising, tracking and sales

The initial version includes no accounts, advertising, tracking, third-party analytics or sale of personal data.

Retention and deletion

Content remains on the device until you delete it within the app or delete the app and its data, according to iOS behavior. Davalos Studio cannot recover a deleted local library.

Security and limitations

The app uses available iOS protections and local storage. No system can guarantee absolute security; protect access to your device and keep iOS updated.

Children's privacy

My Prompt is not specifically directed at children and does not deliberately request children's information. Contact us if you believe there is a problem.

Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the app. The effective date above identifies the current version.
